That the proposed use Is properly one for which e Conditi~~al Use Permit is suthorized by Code: Section 18.G4.020(1-f) to wit: Establish a private elementary Christian Day School (Kindergarten tt~rough Sixth Grades) in conjun~.tion with an existing church. 2. T.hat subject condittonal use permit was granted originally by Resolution No. PC68-333 on November 18, 1968, to permit ~rivete educational classes, including classes for the mer.tally retarded, in an existing church facility, 3, That a maximum number of children wss tiot set forth clear'•~ in saLu resalution. 4. That in accordance with the IIniform Code the seven existing classrooms would serve a maximum of 152 students, 5. That the Planning CommLssion does hereby find that a maximum of 80 students is a reasonable ttumber to occupy the site for the time being, and that consideXaCion for an additional number may be given after two years, upon request by the petitioner. 6. That thF pr~posed use as approved will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the grou~th and development of the areA in which it is proposed to be located. 7. That the: size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequaee to allow ttie full development of the proposed use in a manner noC detri.mental to the particular area nor to the ~~eace, health, safety, and general welfare of the CiCizens of the City oE Anaheim. 8. That the~ granting of the conditional use permit under the conditions imposed, if any, G?ll not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welf.are of the 9. That six letters and A petition signed by 321 persons was received in favor, and a pet:ttion signecl by 173 persons was received in opposition to subject petition.
