WNGIt~AS, the Anahpim City Planning Commiasion on February 8, 1971, did consider
Variance No. 2230, and did deny said perition in Resolution No, PC71-16; and
WHERRAS, the City Counci.l on March 2, 1971y at public hearing didgrant Variacice
No. 2230 in part, granting waiver uf the frant aetbacks in Resolution No, 71R-88; end
WHE}tEAS, Variance No. 2258, encompasaing the seme property as wes considered in
Variance No. 2230, wss approved by the Planning Commisaion on June 1,, 1971~ in Resolul•ion
No. PC71-97; and
WHEREAS, it would appe~r thar the previoua developer no longer intenda to exerc~.se
khe privilege gxanted under Variance No. 2230, therefore eaid petition should be
terminated.
