PC 72-1~ ~ RESOLUTION N0. P~~72-1 A RESOLUTION OF THL Ai~AHEIM CITY PLANidING COMt•1ISSION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. PC69-173 CONDITION P10. 4 OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1130 WHE?2EAS, the Anaheim City Elanning Cormnission on August 17, 1469, granted Conditional Use Per.nit No. 1130 for the expansion of an existing hospital, subject to conditiens in Resolution No. PC69-173; and WtiEREAS, Condition No. 4 required that Romneya Drice be constructed with a 12-foot landscaoed raedian strip to separate two 26-foot travelways and Condition No. 6 required the formation o£ a maintenance district to provide perpetual maintenance of th~ planted median; and WHEREAS, the petitioner requests mudification of Condition No. 4 to allow a continuous left turn lane rather than the planted median and deletion of Condition No. 6 pertaining to the maintenance district; and WHEREAS, the City Attorney ruled that the modification or deletion of conditions, cahich were attached at a public hearing would have to be considered at another public hearing; and ~ ublic hearin at the City Hall in the WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a p B City of Anaheim on January 10, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., nocice of said public hearing having been duly given ~s required by'law and in accorc~ance with the provisions of the Ana- heim tiunicipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and against said pro- posed canditi~nal use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, sai.d Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due COL1Rideration of all evidence and reports o£fered at said hearing, does find and decermine the follow?ng facts: 1. That [he Ylanning Commission is desirous ef retaining the aesthetic quality thet a landscaped median wuuld provide. 2. That the construction of s~i.d landscaped inedian may be deferred for two years to allow time to determine uitimate development of the vacant property easterly of the southerly expansion of t~~e exiating hospital, and upon expiration of said two years. the Plenning Commission may deterniine whether the landscape median would still l~e required or whether a conti.nuous left turn would be more practical. 3. That the developer stipulated L•o posting a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to Lhe City of Anaheim to assure the construcL-ion of said landscaped median. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Cammission does hereby amend Re;•olution No. PC69-173, Condition No. 4 as follows, on the basis of the foregoing findings: "4.
