MABEE, 841 South Western Avenue, Anaheim, California 92804, Owner; JOSEPH E. BONADIMAN AND ASSOCIATES, 1265 Kendall Drive, San Bernardino, California 92407, Agettt of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County.of Orange, State of California, described as follows: That portion of the West half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11 west, S.B.B.d~i., d~scribed as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said West half, t4ence North 0 05' 04" East 586.66 Feet along the Easterlyline of said West half, thence West parallel to the Southerly line of said West half, 150.46 feet, thence South 586.66 feet to a point in the Southerly line of said West half, said point being 189.60 feet West of the South- east corner of said West half, thence East 189.60 feet along said Southerly line of said West half to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the Southerly 40 feet. That the propoaed uae will adversely affect the ad,joining land uaea and the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the noises asaociated with trailers being hitched, unhitched, etc. durir.g houca of arrival or departure(late at night cr early in the morning) would be detrimental to the general health and welfare of the adjoining residential uses. 4. That the petitioner is providing leae buffering between the proposed use and the reaidential use than is required where multiple famSly and single family uses abut each other. 5. That one person appeared in oppoaition.
