A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMI~SISSIQN TERMINATING ALL
PROCEEDINGS ON VARIANCE N0. 2261, THERETO
WH~REAS, on June 2, 1971, the Anaheim City Planning Commission in Resolution
No. PC72-100 did grant Petition for Variance No. 2261, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, a 60-day time limitation for completion of conditions was established,
however, none of the conditicns have been complied with; and
WHEt.EAS, the petitioner has submitted a letter requesting termination of all ~
praceedings of Variance No. 2261 etating he did not intend to exercise the Variance. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of. the City of r~.
Anaheim does hereby tenninate all proceedings of Variance No. 2261, on the basis of
the foregoing findinga. ,
