A RfiSOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERiINATING ALL
PROCEEDINGS ON VARIANCE N0. 2255, THERETO ~
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Co~ic~sion on Tune 2, 1971, in itesolution
No. PC71-101 did grant Petition for Variance :Qo. 2255, subject to conditions; and
WHEC.EAS, said conditions have not been complied with within the time limita-
tion set forth in the aforementioned resolution; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has aubmitted a letter requesting termination of all
proceedings of Variance No. 2255 stating thet he did not intend to exercise the
Variance.
tdOW, THGREFORE, BE IT RESOIAED that the City Planning Commiseion of the City.

of the foregoing findinge.
