NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT~ SOLVED that the Aneheim City ~nning Commission does hereby racomnend to the City Cocncil of the Cit,y of Anaheim that suuject Petition for Reclassifi- cation be arproved and, by ao doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE end to in- corporate aaid described property into the C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL, ZONE upon the following conditione which are hereby found to be a neceesary prerequisite to rhe proposed use of sub- ject property in order to preserve the safe,'.y and general welfare of the Citizena of the Cfty of Anaheim: (1) That the owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a etrip of l,and 53 feet in width from the centerline of the street along Euclid Street for street wiaening pcrposes. , (2) Thet street lighting facilitiea along Euclid Street shall be inetalled as re- aiuired b~ the Director of Public Utilities and in accordance with etand~rd plans and speci- 1:ication~ on file in the office of the Director of Public Utilities; and that a bond in an t~mount ar.d form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guar- +antee the installation of the above mentioned requirements, (3) That trash atorage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of P~blic Worka. (4) That all air conditioning facilities shall be groperly shielded from view, and the sound ~uffered from a3Jacent properties. (5) That any perking area lightir.g propoeed ehall be down-lighting of a maxim•,un height of 6 feet, which lighting ehell be directed ~way from the property linea to protect the reaidentiel integrity of the area. (6) That eubject property sl~ell be aerved by underground utilitiea.
