PC72-134 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS '~N CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 817, THERETO WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Courtniasian in Resolution No. 1952, Series 1965-66 dated February 28, 1966, granted Conditional Use Permit No. 817, aubject to conditions; and WHEREAS, the petitioners have aubmitted a letter requesting teimination on the basis that they did not intend to exercise the rights granted under tlie Conditional Use Permit, and requesting release of the bond to guarantee the installation of the street improvements; and WHEREAS, tt,e City Council authoriaed the release of the bond, subject to the termination of the Conditional Use Permit on April 22, 1969. NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiseion doea hereby terminate all proceedinga on Conditional Use PermiC No. 817.
