Cl-G ' 1' ~ NOW, THEREFORE, Bc If RESOLVED that tne Aneheim C:ty Planning C~mmission does hereby grent subioct petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby Eound to 6e a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety end general welEece otthe Citizens of the City of Anaheim: (1) Th$t th~ owners of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land 40 feet in width from the centerline of the street along East Street for street wid~nin~ purposes. (2) That the owners of aubjecL property sha~ll pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front faot along East Street for street lighting purposes. (3) That the owners of aubject propFrty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15 cer.ts per fLOnt foot along ~ast Street for tree planting purposes. (4) That any parking area lighting pro~osed shall be down-lighting of a maximum heignt of 6 feet, wliich lighting shall be directed aF~ay fm m the property lines to protect the resi- dential integrity of the area. (5) That subjec~ properCy shall be developed substantially in accordance Frith plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit ?Vos. 1 and 2. (6) That Condition Nos. 1, 2 and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the commencement of the activity authorized under this resoluL•ion or prior to t•he time that the building permit is issued or within a period of 1$0 da~s from the date hereof, whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Planning Commission mey grant. (7) That Condition Nos. 4 and 5, above mentioned, ehall be complied with prior :o final building and zoning inspections.
