on Jul y 10, 19~Z at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heacing having heen duiy given as required
by law end in eccordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Munlcipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear end consider
evidenr.e for end ugeinst said pcoposed verianee end to investigete end meke findings end recommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigedon, end study made by itself and in its hshel(,
and after due consideretion oE all evidenee end repods offered et sefd headng, does iind and determfne the following
fects:
1, Thatthepetitionerreauests varianc0s from the Anaheim Municipal Code as follows:
a. S~CTION 18.?8.050110-b) - Requirement that caroorts be enclosed on three
sides, (Open carports proposed)

storaae cabinPts. (Storage cabinets not pravided
within the carport)
2, That the petitioner proposes to establis~i the storage cabinets ne4r each apart-
ment unit for convenience, thereby eliminating unsightly storage in the cerports.
3. That the open c~rports as proposed are considered to be an acceptable substitute
for enclosed carports since they visually "open up" the project and offer a more
functional carport from a security standpeint.
4. That there are exceptionnl or extreordinary circumstances o~ conditions eppllceble to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity
and zone.

petition far Varience, upon the following rnndltions which are hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite to the pro-
posed use oi the subject property in order to pceserve the sefety and generel welEece of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked cxhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6~ 7
and 8.
2. That Condition No. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building
and zoning inspections.
