That the petitioner proposes e reclessification of the ebove described property from the R-A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE to the R-2-5000 SINGLE FAMILY ZONE for Fortion p and R-~, MULTIPLE FAMlLY RESIOENTIAL ZONE for Portion B. 2, That the proposed reclassification (Low-medi~~m density residential) is not ir, confo~mance with the land use designation of the General Plan which projects subject property for low density residential development. 3. That the proposed reclassification of subject property is not necessary and/or desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community. 4. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does not properly relate to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout the community. 5. That when the property to the south, also owned by the petitione~, was cor~sidered for reclassification and was required to develop with single story apartments abutti~g subject property it would appear that it was the intent of the Gity Council to retain the low density single family designation for subject prop~:rty. u. That three persons appeared in opposition representing 30 persons present i~ the Louncii Chamber also in opposition, and that petitions sioned by persons representing 73 residents in the immediate vicinity were received in opposition.
