A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING LO~iMI5510N AMENDING RESOLUTION
N0. PC72-12J DENYING VARIANCE N0. 2375, NUNC PRU TUNC
WHEREAS, The Anaheim City Planning Comnission at public hearing on May 31,
1972 took action on Variance No. Z375, by approving and passing PC72-120 thereby
denying Variance t~o. 2375 cn the basis of findings: and
WHERFAS, it has been determined that minor typographical errors should be
ccrrected i~ the findings thereto, as they relate to finding Nos. 4, 7, and 8
thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLV_D that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby amend Resolution No. PC?2-120 nunc pro tunc en the basis of the
foregoing finding, for Finding Nos. 4, 7, and 8 as follows:
"4. That low density residential is interpreted as being single family
development with lots no smaller than 7200 squa~e feet, whereas the
petitioner is proposing approximately ~/o of the lots with lEess Y.han
7200 square feet of land area.
~'7, That there are no er,ceptional o~ extraordinary circumstances or
conditions applicable to the property involved or to the intended use
of the property that do not apply generally to the property or class
of use in the same vicinity and-`zdlfe.
~~g, ?hat the requested variance is not necessary for the prese~vation•and
enjoyment of a substantial propert•y-r•ishi..possess~d by_other property
in the same vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question.'',,,
