PC 72-162C~ RESOLUTION N0. PC72-162 ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS OF RESOLUTION N0. PC72-23 OF CONDITIONAL USE PEFMIT N0. 1289 WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission on February 7, 1972, granted Conditional Uae Permit No. 1289 in Resolution No. PC72-23; and WHERFAS, the agent for the petitioner on April 3, 1972, requeated clarification of t5e Planning Commission's intent as to the ten covered parking spaces deleted from the ~orth proper- ty line being located elsewhere on the property; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that since Conditional Use Permit No. 1289 wac granted at a public hearing, any consideration of. possible amendment to a condi.tion as would be indicated by the petitioner's request be heard at a public hearing; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Cownisaion did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on July 24, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P,l~i., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the proviaions of the Anaheim Muni- cipal Code, Chapter 1II.64, L•o hear and consider evidencQ for and egainst said proposed condi- tional use and to inveatigate and make findin~s and recommendations in connection therewiLh; and WHEREAS, said Commisaion, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all c~vidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find anc determ:ne the follo~ing facta: 1. That it was the Planning Commisaion's intent in order to eliminate rhe "tunnel effect" beCween buildings elong the north property line, that ten of the required coverad parking spaces could be deleted provided, however, that ten open parking spaces be provided in lieu thereu£. NOW, TtIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plannin~ Commission does hereby amend Resolution No. YC72-23, Finding No. S to read: "5. That the petitioner stipulated to moving the workahop from the north aide of the develapment; Chat a total of 43 parkiug etalls would be provided; and that ten of the covered perking ~paces along the narth property line would be converted to open perking epaces." and that Condition No. 4 be amended to read as follows: "4. That subject prcperty ahall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and apeclficatiuns on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1, Revision No. 1, and Exhibit Nos. 2, 3 and 4."
