A RESOT UTION OF THE CTTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PET1T10N FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. ~l_ BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission oE the City of Anaheim did receive e verified Petition for Conditional UsePermittrom ANTHONY AND VICTOR DI DODO, 2175 West Orange Avenue, Anaheim, California 92805, Owners of rertain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Ora^,ge, State of California, deacribed ae the South 182 feet of Lot 5 in Block B of Tract No. 13, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 9, page 12, Miscellaneous Mape, records of said Orange County, said distance being measured to the center line of the street adjoining on the South. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is euthurized by Code SECTLON 18.40.060(g) to wit: establish on-sale beer and wine in conjunction with an exiating reataurant. 2. Thet the proposed use will not edversely efEect,the edjoining lend uses end the growth and development ot the erea in which ]t is proposed to be located. 3. Thet the size and shape of the site proposed (or tl~e use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the perticular orea nor to the peace, health, se[ety, end general wel(are of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 4.
