R-A -1- ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission doea hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Maheim tha4 subjecf Petition for Reclesai~ce~ion be appeoved end, by so doing, that Title 1&Zoning oE the Aaaheim Municipal Code be emended to exclude ihe ab~ve desccibed pmpetty fmm the R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE and to incorp~rate said described property into the C-1, GENERAL COMIISERCIAL, ZONE (~p~?r_ the following conditione which are hereby found to 'ae a neceasary prerequisite to the propoaed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim: (1) That sr.reet lighting facilities along Beach Boulevard shall be installed as re- quired by the Director of Public Utilities and in accordance with standard plans and speci- fications on file in the office of the Director of Public Utilities; and that a Uond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim ahall be posted with the City to guar- antee the installation of the above mentioned requirements. (2) That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15 cents per front foot along Beach Boulevard for tree plantir~g purposes. (3) That the sidewalks &nd driveways shall be installed along Beach Boulevord as re- quired by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and apecifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. ~4) That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approv:d plans on file with the office of Che Director of Public Works. (5) That fire hydrants shall be inetalled as required and determined co be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. (6) That subject property shell be served by underground utilit3es. (7) That the applicable water acreage fee shall be paid to the Clty of Anaheim. (8) Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezoning subject property, Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, aholl be completed. The provisions or rights granted by this resolution shall become null and void by action ~f the City Council unless said con- ditions are complied with within 180 days i:~m the date hereof or such further time as the City Council may grant. (9) That Condition Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, above mentioned, shall be com.plied with prior.to final building and zoning inspections.
