A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY FLAI~NING COMMISSION AMENDING T1iE LEGAL DESCRIF'TIUI~
OF RESOLL'TION N0. PC71-155 OF RECIASSIFICATION N0. 70-71-53, NiINC PRO TUNC:
WiiEREAS, the Anaheim Cicy P1annLng Commission at public hearing on Auguat 9, ly?7, in
Reaoiucion No. PC71-155 did recommend to the City Council approval of Reclaseificatfcm ~ao. 70~7~-53;
and
WHEREAS, the complete Legal description of the property under consideration wat~ not included;
and
WRERFAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did eubseouently approve the aforementioned
reclasaification in Resolution No. 71R-409.
, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plattning Commission does l.iereby amend
and recommend to tlie City Council amendment of the legal description of Reclassification No.
70-71-53, nunc pro tunc by sdding the following:
Taat portion of the latd described as Pazcel 9A in thaC certain Final
Order of Condemnation, Case No. 159981, in the Superior Court of the
State of California for the County of Orange, a certified copy of which
was recorded December 26, 1968, Ln Book 8828, page 295 of Official
:2ecords, recurds of Orange County, Celifornia, deacribed ea follows:
Beginning at che Southeasterly corner of the land described in deed to
the Stace af California, recorded July 1, 1968, in Book 8646, page 340
of Official Records, records of Orange Co~~nty, California; thence elong
the Northeasterly prolongation of che Southeasterly line of eaid last
mentioned land North 56° 49' 36" East 229.82 feet; thence P`orth 52° 06'
