A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATIN6 ALL PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 597
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission an 3uly 20, 1964, in Resulution No. 1278,
SERIES 1964-65, did grant Conditional Use Permit No. 597 for the eatablishment of a picture
projection theater and related shops, displays, and incidental food services, subject to condi-
tions; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit No. 1317 for the
establishment of a travel trailer park on the same property as Conditional Use Permit No. 597;
and
WHEREAS, a condition of apprcval of Coaditional Uae Permit No. 1317 was the cermination
of Conditional Use Permit No. 597; and
WHCRF.~1S, the petitioner has submitted a letter requestiug termination of Conditional
Use Permit No. 597.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
doea hereby terminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Permit No. 597, on the basie of the
foregoing findinga.
