A RESOLUTION OF THc CITY PLANNING COMMISSION ~F THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEIIINGS JN VARIANCE N0. 2303, THERETO
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission on November 24, 1971, in Resolution
No. 71-224 granted Variance No. 2303 to expend an existing warehouaing and dictribution facility,
subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions of said resolution have been completed; an~d
WHEREAS, the petitioner's agent hae submitted a request to Cerminate all proceedings
since they do not intend to exercise said Variance No. 2303.
NOW TNLREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the Planning Commisaion of the City of Anaheim does
hereby terminate all proceedings on Variance Nc. 2303 on the basie of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me thia 17th a of August, 1972.
