' w ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tnat the Aneheim City Pla~tning Commission does hereby grent subject Petition for Conditioaal Usc Permit, upon the Eollowing conditions which ere hereby found to be e necessary p:erequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to pceserve the safety end general welfoee of ihe Citizens of the City of Anaheim: (1) That the final parkina plan shall be approved by theDevelopment Services Department, and any landscaped areas in the parking area shali be prutected with six-inch high concrete curbs and concrete wheel s~ops shall be provi.ded for parking spaces as rrquired by the Devel- opment Services Department. (2) That suUj;:c*_ property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plana and specifications on £ile with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. (3) That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final Uuililing and zoning inspections. (4) That only beer and wine shall be served and that the hours of operation shall be from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. as stipulated to by the petitioner. (5) That there shall be no bar and that the serving of beer and wine shall. be in %:on- juncti~n with ttie serving of food only.
