A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSZON OF THE
CITY OP ANAHEIM FINDING THAT THE PROPOSED FLOVD CON-
TROL AND DRAZNAGE IMPROVEMENTS ?N STATE COLLEGE
BOULEVARD BETWEEN VERMONT AVENUE AND SOUTH STREET
WITHIN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM WILL HAVE NO SIGNIFICANT
£F~'ECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT AND THAT SAID IMPROVEMENTS
ARE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE ADOP':'ED ANAHEIM GENERAL
PLAN
LVHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District proposes to con-
struct a storm drain in State College Boulevard between Vermont Avenue
and 5outh Street in the Ci.ty of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 21151 of the Public
Resources Code of the State of California an3 Section 65402 of the
Government Code of the State of California, the Orange County Flood Control
District is requesting a review of said project by the Anaheim Planniag
Commission to determine whether or not said drainaye project would have a
significant effect on the environment and whether or not it would be in con-•
formity with the City's adcpted General Plan; and
wHEREAS, said project has been reviewed by t)ie Planning Commission of
the City of Anaheim wi~.hin the context of Section 21151 of the Public
Resources Code of the State of Cali£ornia and Section 65402 of the Govern-
ment Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim that it finds and it does hereby find that the proposed flood
control and drainage improvements will have no significant effect on the
environment of t'he City and that said improvements are in conformance with
the adopted Anaheim General Plan;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to
the Anaheim City Council for its infore~ation.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signe3 and approved by me this 21st day of
