WHEREAS, seid' Commission, after due laepectlon, investigatlan, end study mede by itself and in its behalf,

the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone.
3. That the requested variance ia not necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of
a subatantial proper"y right poeaesaed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, and
denied to the property in question.
4, That the requested variance will be materia].ly d~trimental to the public welfare or
i.njurious to T.he property or improvements in such vicinity and aone in which the property is
located.
5. That there was not sufficient open apace in tt~e pro~ect and this variance would
further reduce that required space.

Petition for Verinnce on the basis of the eforementioned Eindings.
