That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim along Brookhurst Street, includ- ing preparation of improvement plans and installation of all improvements, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, draina~,~ facilities or other appurtenant work ahall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance vith siandard plans and epecifications on file in the office of the Ci*_y Engineer; that street lighting facili- ties elong Brookhurst shall be instelled as required by the Director of Public Utilities and in accordance with standard p18ns end specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public'Utilities; and that a bond in an amount and form satiafactory to the City of Anaheim shall be poated with the City to guarantee the inetallation of the above-mentioned ' requirements, 2, That the ownera of subject nroperty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15C per front foot along Brookhurat Straet for tree planting purp~aes. 3. That trash etorage sreas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the off.ice of the Director of Public Worka. 4. That fire hydranta shsll be inetalled as required and determined to be neceseary by the Chief of the Fire Department. , ~. Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezoning aubject property, Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be completed, The provisions or rights granted by thie resolu- tion ehall become null and void by action of the City Council unleas eaid conditions are com- plied with within 180 days from the date hereof or euc~ further time as the City Council may grant. 9.
