R-A -1- ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'f~SOLVED W~t the Anahcim City Pluu~i~ommission does hereby reeommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that aubJect Petltion foc Reclaesiflc~Elon be ~pproved and, by so doiag, thet Title 18-Zoning of the Maheim Manicipel Code be ameaded to e:clude the ebova described pioperty feom the R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE and to incorporate said described prcperty into the R-1, ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, ZONE upon the following conditions whicii are hereby found to be a neceesary prerequisite to the propoaed use of aubject property in order to preaerve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1. That a final traat map of subject property shall be submittea. to and approved by the City Council and then be reaorded in the office of the Orange Ceunty Recflrder. 2. That the owners of eubject property ehail pay to the City of Ansheim.the appropriata park and recreation in-li~u fees ae determined to be appropriate by the City Co~incil, said fees to be paid at the time the bui131ng permit is iesued. 3. That the vehicular access rights, except at etreet and/or all.ey openinge to Wagner Avenue and Sunkist Street, shall be dedicated to the City of Anaheim. i. That Reclaseification No. 72-73-22, rezoning the ad)oining R-A parcel to R-1, be completecl. 5. Prior to the introduction of an ordinance reaoning subject propert~, Condition Nos. 1, 3, and 4, above mentioned, ehall be co~pleted. The provieions or righta granted by this resolution ehall bacome null ard void by action of the City Council unless eaid con- ditione are complie3 with within 180 days from the date hereof or such further time ae the City Council may grant.
