A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSTON OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING T~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANRHEIM THAT
PETITiON FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. T72-~3'24 BE APPROVED
~,H,EREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did initiate a' Petition for ReclassL
ficati~n on property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, as clescribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though aet
forth in full
Property Owner: HAROLD M. WILL]AMS, MARTIN S. ROBERTS, FRED M. KAY, in care of Pred M.
Kay, 220 Laguna Road, Fullerton, Califurnia 92632.

WFlEREAS, the ~ity Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
September 18, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public heering having been duly given ac required by
lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Nfunicipal Code, Chepter 18,72, to hear and consider evidence
for end ageinst said proposed reclassificetion end to investigete end make findings and reconmendetions in connection
thcrewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behelf, end
aEter due~ consideretion of all evidence end reports offered et ssid hearing, does find end determine the following fects:
1. That the petitioner proposes e reclessification of the above described property from the County of Orange
A1, Gen~eral Agricultural District to the City of Anaheim R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE,
2, That the proposed reclassificatipn establiishea City of Anaheim interim zoning on
the property propoaed for annexation under Lakeview-Ozangethorpe Annexation No, 2 until such
tiae as fonditior_s of ap~roval under Reclaseification No, 71-72-53, approving RS-5000 Zoning
on the ptoperty, have been ccmpleted.

to the City Council of the City of Anaheim thet eubJect PeUtion for Reclassification be appmved and, by so doing,
that Title 1&Zoning of the Aneheim Municipal Code be emeaded to exclude the above described property Erom the
County of Orange A1 and A1(0) Dietrict and to incorporate seid described property into the
City of Anaheim R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE unnc+nditionally.
