A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECONASENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPROVAI. OF ENVIRONMEh"fAL IMPACT REPOR.T N0. 6
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the City of Anaheim
prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying and analyzing in detail significant
environmental effecta of projects propoeed to be conetrucCed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the Gity Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, in connection with
a petition for Variance :~o. 2449 hae received Environmental Impact Report No. 6 from the
Staff of the City of Anaheim containing detaila for consideretion of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Pub':ic Resourcea Code; and
WHEREAS, seid Co~iseion, after due investigation and study made by itaelf and in
its behelf, hes reviewed the subject Environmental Impact Report and analyzed in detail the
significant environmental effects of the proposal contained therein, and does f.ind and deter-
mine the following fact:
1. That the nature of the proposal and its relationship to the natural environ-
mental aetting will have no adve:se effects on the environment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commiosion of th~ City of
Anaheim does hereby mccept Environmental Impact Report No. 6 and recommends that said report
be adopted as the Environmental Impact StaCement of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUfI0t3 is signed and approved by me thia 26th day of October, 1972.
