PC72-256 ~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMD:ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEZM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI[d APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL Ib1PACT REPORT N0. 2 WHEREAS., the Califurnia Public Resources Code requires that the City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of projects proposed to be constructed in tha City of Anaheim; and wHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, in connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 1350 has received Environmental Impact Report No. 2 fzom the staff of the City of Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine the following facts: 1. That Environmental Impact Report No. 2 pertains only to the area considered under Conditional+Use Permit No. 1350 and does not apply to the entira 4200- zcre Anaheim Hills pxoperty. 2. That the developer shall submit in written form for City Council consideration data delineating the specific locations of the school si.tes that are intended to serve this ar.ea, since the developer indicated that site selPCtian has alreadV been discussed with the Orange Unified School District. 3. That the statements made by the developer at the Planning Commission public meeting relative to secondary vehicular circulation, public utilities, recreation facilities (includ- ing bicycle lanes for bicycles or electric carts which may reduce the air pollution through non-use of automobiles to transport people to nearby areas), type of landscaping for sle~e areas to prevent erosion, and techniques to be used in grading of the slopes shall be submitted in written form to the City Council as an addendum explaining topics that were not adequately discussed in the Environmental Impact Report. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that'the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Environmental Impact Report No. 2, as,amended, and recommends that said report be sdopted as the ~nvironmental Impact Statement of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
