A RESOLUTIQN OE THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF' THE CITY OP
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF TY,.s CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMEhTAL IMPACT REPQRT N0. 34
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City ef Anaheim prepare an Eavironmental Impact Statement identifying
and ar.alyzing in detail the signi£icant environmental effect.s of
projects preposed to be constructed in the ~ity of Anatieim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, in
connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 1340 has
received Environmental Impact Report No. 34 from the staff. of the City
of Anaheim containiiig details for consideration of ~nvironmental impacts
as contained in Section ?1.100 of :he Public Resources Code; and
WIiEREAS, said Commissian, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposaZ contained therein and does f.ind and determine
the following:
1. That the proposed use would have no detrimental environmental
impact on the area.
NOW, THEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Enviroamental impact Report
No. 34 and recommends that said report be adopted as the Environmentdl
impact Statement of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this ninth
day of November, 1972. ~) /
