A RESOLUTIUN OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY~OF
ANAHEZM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL ZMPACT REPORT N0. 25
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that tne
City ~f Anaheim prepare an Environmental impact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the s±gnificant environmental effects of
projects propesed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Plar;ning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
in connecti.on with a petition for Vrriance No. 2442, has received
Environmental Impact Report No. 25 from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resource~ Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, aftez due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has revi.ewed the subject Enviror~mental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects uf the proposal corcained therein and does fi.nd and determine
the following:
1. That due to the nature of the request made under Variance
No. 2442, the impact upon the environment would be "trivial",
and there would be no need to make an Environmental Impact
Statement.
NpW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental impact Report
No. 25 and recommends to the City Council that due to the "trivial"
impact of the request upon the environment there is no need to make an
Environmental Impact Statement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this ninth /
