A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITIOh FOR VARIANCE NO. 2442 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive e verified Petition for Variance
fcom STAFAC, INCORPORATED, 120 Broadway, New York, New York 10005, (h~ner; SHELL OIL COMYANY,
Post Office Box 4090, Anaheim, California 92803, Agent of certain real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, deacribed as THE EAST 203.00
feet of the SOUTH 2O3.00 feet of Lot 14 in Elock K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records, in the Office of the Cour.ty
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California

WHEREAS, tne City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on October 30, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heering having been duly given es required
by lew and in eccordance with the pcovisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence Eor and against said proposed varience and to investigate and meke findings end recommendations in connec-
ticn therewith; and

free-standing signa.

or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity
and zone.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition Eor Variance, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
(1) That adequate clearance of existing electrical lines shall be provided as required
by the Electrical Division, Department of Public Utilities, and the State of California G.O.
95.
(2) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plana
and specificationa on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3 end 4 pro-
vided, however, that landscaping shall be in conformance with Cqde requirements.
