A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF 1HE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING Tp THE CIT`1 COUNCIL OF TY^: CIT" OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPUrdT :dU. 27
,WHEREAS, the Cali.fornia Public Resources Code requires thati the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the s?qnificant environmental effeots of
projects proposed to be constructed in the Cit.y of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Com[nission a: the City of Anaheim,
in connecti~n with a petition for Variance No. 2444, has received
Environmental impact Report No. 27 from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Puhlic Resources Code; and
wHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study m~3e
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed t.he subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the fo;lowing:
1. That due to the nature of the request made under Variance
No. 2444, the impact upon the environment would be "trivial",
and there would be no need to make an Environmental Impact
Statement.
NOW, THEAEFOF.E, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental Impact Report
No. 27 and recommends to the City Council that due to the "trivial"
impact of the request upon the environment there is no need to make an
Environmental Impact Statement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this nint}~
