PC72-276 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CZTY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRCNMENTAL IMPACT REPORT N0. 30 WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying and analyzing in detail tha significant environmental effects of projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, in connection with a petition for Variance No. 2447, has received Environmental Impact Report No. 30 from the staff of the City of Anaheim containing detail.s fo:- consideration of environmental impacts as contained in Section 21100 ~~f the Public Resources Code; and WHEREAS, said Cemmi~sion, aft2r du. irivestigation and study made by itself and in its behalf, has reJiewed the subject Envircnmental impact Feport and a.nalyz~:d in detai~ the significant environment.al effects af the proposal contained therein and does find and determine the following: 1. That due to the nature of the request made under Variance No. 2447, the impact upon the envizonment would be "trivial", and there would be no need to mu~cr-. an.Envixonmental F..mpact Statement.
