PC72-278 A RESOLUTZON OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSZON OF THE C~TY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEZM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT N0. 5 WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying and analyzing in detail the significant environmental. effects of projects proposed to be constzucted in the City of Anahe.im; and WHRREAS, the City Planning Commission of the Citg of Anaheim, in connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 1351, has received Environmental Impact Report No. 5 from the staff of the City of Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due itivestigation and study made by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental Impact Report and analyzec9 in detail the significant environmental effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine the following: 1. That due to the size and location of the property, and the nature of the proposed development, the irr.pact of the proposed project upon the environment would be "trivial", and there would be no need for an Environmental ImPact Statement. NOW, THERFFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental Impact Report No. 5 and recommends to the City Council that due to the "trivial" impact of the proposed development upon the environment there is no need to make an Environmental Impact Statement.
