TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS ON VARIANCE N0. 2160, THERETO
WHERE.4S, tihe Anaheim City Planning Co~iosion on April 2, 1970, granted Variance No. 2160
in Resolution No. PC70-45, subject to conditions; end
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commisaion on March 6, 1972, g~~anted an extension of
time to expire October 2, 1972; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions of approval have been complied with; and
WHEREAS, the pet~.tioner has requested termination of all proceedings ~ahich granted
4arisnce No. 2160.
t;OW, TP.EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiesion doea hereby
~errnir.ate all proceedings on Variance No, 2160 based upon the foregoing findings.
