A RESOLUTION OF Tlt~ CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 127I
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commisaion on November 21, 1971, in Reaolution No.
PC71-221 granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1271, sabject to conditione; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Coramiesion on August 7, 1972, granted a one-year ex-
ter.sion of time for the completions; and
WHEREAS, tt~e Anaheim City Planning Coc~ission on OCtober 18, 1972, granted Conditi.onal
Use Permit No. 1350 encompasaing property covered in Cond'ztional Use Permit No. 1271, subject
to conditions to eetabliah a planned resideotial development, thereby nullifying the intended
use of the property for a commercial equestrian cenCer and veterinarian facilities.
NOW, 3HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiesion does hereby
terminate all proceedings on Oonditional Use Permit Nu. 127a. on the basis that the petit:oner
no longer intende to utilize the property for the use granted.
