A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSIO~1 OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIY RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IF7PACT REPORT N0. 19
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement ident~.fying
and analyzing in detail the significant environieental effects of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, in
connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 1352, has
received Environmental Impact Report No. 19 from the staff of the City
of Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investi3atien and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the following:
1. That due to the nature of the request made under Conditional
Use Permit No. 1352, th~+ impact upon the environment would
be insignificant.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that the City Plann~nq Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental Impact Report
No. 19 and recommends to the City Council that due to the insignificant
impact of the request upon the environmeat, there is no need to make an
Environmenta.l Impact Statement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 22nd
day of November, 1972.

Anaheim held on November 13, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., by the following

NOES: COMMISSIONERS: None.
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: Farano, Seymour.
