A R~SOLUTION OF TAE CITY FLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT N0. 15
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
ancl analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Ana.heim, in
connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 1353, has
received Environmental Tmpact Report No. 15 from the staff of the City
of Anaheim containing details for consideration o.f enviro!imental impacts
as contai,zed in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHERERS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Repcrt anc analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therain and does find and determine
the following:
1. That due to the nature of the request made uader Conditional
Use Permit No. 1353, imp•act upon the environment would not~
be significant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Plann?.ng Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental Impact Report
No. 15 and recommends to the City Council that due to the insignificant
impact of the request upon the environment, there is no need to make :an
Environmental Impact Statement. ~
