A.RESOLUTION OF THE CZTY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTIINCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 10
wHEREAS, th~e California Public Resource~ Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of ,
projects proposed to be constructed i.n the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Ehe City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, in
connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 1341, has
received Environmental Impact Report No. 10 from the staff of the City
of Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental imnacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environment.al
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant envir~nmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the following:
1. That the proposed use would have no detrimental environmental
impact on the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Environmental Impact Report
No. 10 and recommends that said report be adopted as the Environmental
Impact Statement of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed an~i approced by me this 22nd

NOES: COMMISSSONERS: None.
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: Farano, Seymour.
