A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PROCE~BI:IGS ON VARIANCE N0. 2397, THERFTO
WHEItEAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission on July 24, 1972, in Resolution No.
PC72-166, granted Variance No. 2397 subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner now states he has approval from both the City of Anaheim
and the County of Orange for a revised parcel map, which would eliminate the necese3ty
of the Variance, which would have permitted the creation of a parcel without public
street fronl•ase; and
WhEREAS, none of the conditions of approval have been completed,
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
