A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C02~4IISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TEPSSINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. ~104
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission, on April 7, 1969, in Resolution No.
PC69-74, granted Conditional'Use Permit No. 11G4 sub~ect to canditions for the establish-
ment of a heavy metals fabrication plant with ~aaivera; and
WNEREAS, all conditions have not been met within the prescribed time limit; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested t~rmination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1104
and release of Aetna Casualty & Surety Improvement Bond No. 33569633, since he no longer
intends to exercise said conditional use permLt.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT &ESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission 3oea hereby
terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1104 on the baeis of the foregoing
findinga.
BE IT :URTHER RESOLVED that the City Council approve release of Aetna Casualty &
Surety Improvement 9ond No.l3569633 as requeated by the petitioner, since he no longer
plans to utilize ttie property for the requested use.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 22nd day of November, 1972.
