A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'Pa PLANNING COMMISSION aF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMi4'DING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVAL OF ENVIItONMENTAL IMPACT REPOR`!' NO. 23
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifyiny
and analyzinq in detail the aignificant environmental effecta of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheims and
WHE1tEA5, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
in connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 1345
has received Env~onmental Zmpact Report No.23 from the staff of the City
of Aaaheim containir.q details for consideration of environmentr~l impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Codet and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inveatigation and study nade
by itselE and in its behalf, has reviewed the aubject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the aignificant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the following:
1. That although the original Yeport did not provide mitiqatinq
measures in regard to the potential noiae problems, an addend~.m
was filed discussinq the areas of concern and mitigatinq measurea
taken to minimi~e the noise problem.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that the City Planninq Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Environmeatal Impact Repart
No. 23, and recommends that said report be adopted as the Environmental
Impact Statement of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
