A RESOLUTIOAI OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF TFiE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO TFIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMEN~PAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 47
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifyiny
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental ef£ects of
projects proposed to be constz~.icted in the Cit.y of Anaheim; and
WHEREA5, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
in connection with a petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 1354 has
received Environmental Impact Report No. 47 from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Imaact Repor+~ and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects ~f tlae proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the following:
l. That due to the nature of the request made under Coaditional
Use Permit No. 1354 impact upon the environment would not be
significant. •
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmantal Impact Report
No. 47, and recommends to the City Council that due to the insignificant
impact of the request upon the environment, there is no r.eed to make an
Environmental Impact Statement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 7th day
