A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNZNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVAL OF ENVInONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 53
WHEREAS, the Cali£ornia Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impar,t Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City~ Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
in connection with a petition for Condi,tion~l Use Permit No. 1356, has
received Environmental Impact Report ~o. 53 from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containina details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WIiEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and etudy made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the 'subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does f9.nd and determine
the following:
1. That Page 16 of the Report regarding storm water sh, t be
amended in an addendum to reflect L-hat a drainage pz_~nlem
does exist, however, the City Engineer has determined that
this would be a City of Anaheim problem because of drainaqe
commitments previously approved by the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE•iT RESOLVEA that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does herr.by accept Environmental Impact Report
No. 56, and recommends that said report be adopted with the aforementioned
addendum as the Environmental Impact Statement of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.

of Anaheim, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted at a meeting of the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim held on November 27, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., by the followinq
vote of the members thereof:
