A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNZNG COI+AiISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATION OF
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1135, THERETO
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission in Reaolution No. PC69-199 dated September 22,
1969, granted Conditional Uae Permit No. 1135 to establiah two 190-foot high, one story
office structures, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Council in Resolution No. 69R-589 in conjunction with
Reclassification No. 69-70-17 granted Conditional Use Yermit No. 1135 as adopted by the
Anaheim City Planning Commisaion; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on June 23, 1970, granted a six-month extenaion of time
for the completion of conditiona; and
WHEREAS, the agent for the petitioner, at public hearing before the Planning
Commiasion on November 27, 1972, in conjunction with coneideration of Conditional Uae
Permit No. 1356, requeated termination of Conditional Use P~rmit No. 1135.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission doea
hereby recommend to the City Council of the City o£ Aneheim termination of Conditional Uae
Permit No. 1135 on the basie of the foregoing findinge.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is aigned and approved by me thia 7th day of December, 1972.
