A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CI7Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 51

WHEREFiS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City ~f Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and anslyzing in detail the significant environmental effecLS of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim~ and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
in connection with a p•atition fcr Reclassification No. 72-73-2~ and
Conditi~nal Use Permit No. 1335, has received Er:vironmental Impact
Report No. 51 from the staff of the City of Anaheim containiny details
for consideration of environmental impacts as contained in Section 21100
of the Public Resources Codes and
WHEREAS, szid Commission, after due investigati~~n and stuc3y made
by itself and in its behalf, h~s reviewed the 'subjer.;t Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail tYse significant environs~ental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the following:
l. That due to the nature of the request made under Reclassification
No. 72-73-26 and Conditional Ose Permit No. 1355, impact upon the
environment would not be significant.
NOW, THERc~PORE, BE IT RESOLVED that ~he City Planninq Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental Impact Report
No. 51 and recommends to the City Council that due to the insiqnificant
impact of the request upon the environment, there is no need to make an
Environmental Impact Statement.

Anaheim held on November 27, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., by the followinq
