A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 50
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects af
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and

Environmental Impact Report No. 50 from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein •.-.nd does find and determine
the following:
1. That although the report submitted does not• follow the City's
"Int.erim Guidelines for the Preparation of an Environmental
Impact Report", the project would have no adverse or beneficial
environmental impact.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES~ILVED that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Environmental Impact Report
No. 50, and recommends that said report be adopted as the Environmental
Impact Statement o£ the City Cou,:cil of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 7th day
