on NovembQr 27~ 1972~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public headng having been duly given es required
by law and in accocdence with the provislons of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hearend consider
evldence fot and dgeinst seid ptoposed veriance end to investigete end meke findings end cecommendetions in connec-

WHEREAS, said Commissinn, eEter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behelf,

1. Thet the petitioner cequests e veriance from the Aneheim Municipel Code:

Petition for Varience, upon the following condi!ions which ere he:eby found to be e necessary pterequisite to the pm-
posed use of the subject pcoperty in oider to pmaerve the sefety and genecel welface of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
(1) That appropriate water assesement fees as determined by the Director of Public
Utilities ahall be paid Co the City of Anaheim prior to the issuance of a building permit.
(2) That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
file with the office of the Director of Public [lorks.
(3) That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary
by the Chief of the Fire Department,
(4) That aubject property shall be developed subatantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheia marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
(5) That Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to
final building and zoning inspections.
(6) That any outdoor repairs in the storage shall be minor in nature as stipulated to
by the petitioner.
