(3) That all air canditioning facilities shall be properly ahielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent propertiea. (4) That the owner(s) of subject property ahall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front :oot along Illinois Street for street lighting purposes. , (5) That the owner(s) of subject property ahall pay to the City of Anaheim the aum of 15 cents per fsont foot along Tllinois Street for tree planting purposes. (6) That subject property ahall be served b~+ underground uti.lities. (7) That the interior walls of the proposed carports shall be stuccoed; that enclosed storage cabinets shall be provided along the rear wall of each carport; and adequate bumper guards shall be provided to protect the interior walls of the propased carports from damage.
