RESOLUTION NO. PC72-317
A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY PLANNING COMMZSSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 52
WHEREAS, the California Public~Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planninq Commission of the City of Anaheim,
in connection with a petition for Variance No. 2458 has received
Environmental Impact Report No. 52 from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the signi'ficant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find and determine
the £ollowing:
1. That due to the nature of the request made under Variance •
No. 2458, impact upon the environment would not be significant.
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planninq Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental Impact Report
No. 52, and recommends to the City Council that due to the insignificant
impact of the request upon the environment, there is no need to make an
Environmental Impact Statement.
