A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY rS.ANNING COMMISSIQN OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CI2Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT N0. 54
WHEREAS, the California Fu}!lic Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statemenic identifying
and analyzing in detai.l the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheimi and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
in connection with a petition fox Reclassification No. 72-73-21,
Variance Nu. 2A35, and Tantative Tract No. 6564, has received
Environmental Impact Report No. 54 from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of envisonmental impacts
as contained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behal:f, has reviewed the 'subject En~ironmental
impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and doe3 fir.d and determine
the following:
l. That tY.e report conforms with the City's "xnterim Guidelines
for the Preparation of an Environmental impact Repart".
2. That the Environmental Impact Report Review Committee was o.f
the opinion tha.t the zeport was adequate as an infarmative
document and that this project ::ill produce no significant
impact.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Environmental Impact Report
No. 54, and recommends that said report be adopted as the Environmental
Impact Statement of the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
