A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C7TY OP
ANAHn'IM IN REGARD TO ENVIRONMEII~TAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 61
WyEREAS, the California Public Res~.urces Code requirec that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the Ci+ty of Anaheim,
in connection with a petition for Variance No. 2430 l~as received
Environmental Impact Report No. 61 from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmen~al impacts
as contalned in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Cammission, after due investigation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find ai.d determine
the following:
1. That due to the nature of the request made under Variance
No. 2430, impact upon the environment wculd not be significant.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Plaaning Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental Impact Report
No. 61, and recvmmends to the ~ity Council that due to the insignifica~t
impact of the request upon the environment, there is no need to make an
Environmental Impact Statement.
THE POREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me *.his 21st
day of DecembAr, 1972.
